Michelle Bregel is a 12-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force and Air Force Reserves. Currently, she is a law enforcement officer in the state of WA. Michelle has always been active and fitness focused. As a runner of over 20 years, she competed in numerous marathons and ultramarathons around the world but recently decided to shift her focus to a new challenge: bodybuilding. She is currently preparing to compete in her first bodybuilding competition this summer in the figure category.
Michelle is actively involved in the local veteran community. Prior to becoming a law enforcement officer, she spent over five years working with homeless veterans in Seattle and King County, assisting them with housing services, emergency financial services, resource navigation, employment services and many other things. She is a member of Team RWB and has participated in many events wearing the Eagle.
Michelle is married to a Deputy Sheriff and has four children ages 22, 19, 8 and 4. Her oldest daughter is currently serving in the U.S. Coast Guard. When Michelle is not in the gym training or at work protecting the community, she loves spending as much time as she can with her family and their rescue greyhound, Chicago.
